Orders leave our studio within two business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and is free over $50; express (1–2 days) is available at checkout. You will get tracking by email the moment your parcel moves.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If a shade turns out wrong, we exchange it — opened but barely used — within 14 days. Start any return from the contact page with your order number.

Orders are packed within two business days. Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is free on orders over $50 and $4.95 below that; express (1–2 business days) costs $9.95. We currently ship domestically; international delivery is coming soon. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

Wrong-shade exchanges are accepted within 14 days even if opened, provided the product is barely used. Return shipping is free for exchanges and damaged items; otherwise the customer covers it. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receiving the return.
